Location. The Colonnade Boston is located in the historic Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, Mass., across the street from the Hynes Convention Center. The hotel is adjacent to Copley Place Mall and the Old Town Trolley Tours. Boston Public Library, Newbury Street and Trinity Church are two blocks away. Fenway Park is one mile from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Colonnade Boston features a rooftop pool including a full bar and light fare, as well as a panoramic cityscape view at night. The on site fitness center includes flat screen televisions, individual audio units and cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Fruit and bottled water are provided complimentary at the fitness center. The Colonnade Boston's Brasserie, JO, serves French cuisine and includes a French bar and "winter garden." "Colonnade VIKids" fanny packs with toys are available for children at the hotel. Pets are allowed at this Boston hotel and are offered special beds, food bowls, a selection of foods and walking services. Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and safe deposit boxes are offered.
Guestrooms. All 285 guestrooms at the Colonnade Boston provide cable television and views of the city. Alarm clock radios with MP3 adaptors and DVD players with 42 inch screens are included. Bedding features down comforters and 320 count sheeting. Bathrooms feature curved shower rods, marble vanities and bathrobes. Expert Tip. The Colonnade Hotel is stop 11 on the Old Town Trolley Tours schedule. The old fashioned orange and green trolleys stop directly outside the hotel at 20 minutes intervals daily. Tours wind around downtown Boston and include Faneuil Hall, the National Aquarium and Boston Common.
