Location. The Hotel Balmes is housed in a handsome modern building dating from 1990 and is located in the centre of Barcelona, 500 metres from La Ramblas. Passeig de Gracia station is 200 metres from the hotel. Barcelona Airport is 15 kilometres away,with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

Hotel Features. The hotel's contemporary interiors are decorated with African masks and statues, and the courtyard garden features a seasonal swimming pool and a sunny terrace. Driving Directions

Getting there. The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. Train services run from the airport to the city centre every 30 minutes. Take the RENFE train to Estacio de Sants and then a Green Line L3 train to Passeig de Gracia, which is 200 metres from the hotel. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals and the fare to the hotel is typically 30 EUR.
