Location. The Eden Oranje Hotel is located in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands, opposite the Leeuwarden train station and 200 metres from the tourist office. Prinsentuin Park is 800 metres away.
Hotel Features. This two storey hotel is situated in the historic area of Leeuwarden. Multilingual staff can assist guests with organising tours both around the city and further afield. A parking garage is available for a surcharge. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in front of the hotel lobby's open fireplace.
Restaurant L'Orangerie opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a menu of Dutch and French cooking. Guests can order from the room service menu around the clock. Pip's Pub opens in the evening and stays open late, serving a large selection of national and international drinks.

The museum is devoted to the history of Frisian culture, from prehistoric times to the 19th century, including silversmiths' work of the 17th and 18th centuries, Frisian costumes and Rembrandt's portrait of Saskia van Uylenburgh.

From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS):
Distance to Eden Oranje Hotel is 145 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There is a railway station in the terminal's central hall, under Schiphol Plaza; direct trains run to Amsterdam Central Station approximately every 15 minutes. Trains run to Leeuwarden station, with a journey time of about 3 hours. Public buses frequently run to destinations around the Netherlaands.
Getting around. Leeuwarden has an extensive and reliable bus system. All bus lines pass through the train station, opposite the hotel. Cycling is a popular way of getting around. Taxis are expensive and rarely used.
